22nd November 2019 - FA Trophy, Kings Lynn Town, Berkhamsted, Bacup Borough & Managing one club for 22 years
Season 4, Episode 16, Nov 22, 2019, 05:00 AM
It's the FA Trophy Third Round Qualifying and Tim Fuell speaks with Ian Culverhouse Manager Kings Lynn Town, current leaders of the National League North but focusing on an FA Trophy visit of divisional rivals Hereford this weekend.
Steve Davis has been involved in football at Berkhamsted for decades. As Chairman of the current club, he sees his side top of the Southern League Central Division One unbeaten in their 13 league games and travelling to second-placed Corby Town this weekend. As for the number of hours he puts into the club every week, even he isn't that sure.
Managers come and managers go, but clearly not at Bacup Borough. Brent Peters has been the gaffer there for over 22 years and well over 1000 games. He also has a solution to making football smoother, more enjoyable and more successful.
Rounding up the week's news Editor at Large of The Non League Paper Matt Badcock talks Barrow, FA Trophy and managerial moves.
