MOT fiasco rumbles on. Will the authorities give any leeway to those affected?

The Nolan Show has been trying to get some clarity around many of the issues arising from the MOT fiasco in Northern Ireland. There has been some confusion about untaxed four year old vehicles, and whether any leeway would be given to them by authorities. Joining us this morning to clear up any confusion from a policing perspective was Inspector Rosie Leech from the PSNI's Road Policing Branch.
