This week’s episode is all about kindness - what that looks like in the workplace and how it can be a business superpower
My guest today epitomises prolific kindness in his work and brings tremendous energy and vigour to the show.
Daniele Fiandaca is co-founder of Utopia - the business change consultancy. Also the Co-founder of Token Man - an initiative to give Men in industry a better understanding of the challenges women face in business. He was co-founder of Creative Social and co-author of the book Creative Superpowers.
On top of this, he also organises and curates and brilliant annual conference called Masculinity in the Workplace - and this is where we first met. I was struck as a delegate at this conference of Daniele’s mission but also his courage to display emotion and be vulnerable - not something you often see from men (or anyone) in industry.
We talk about A LOT of subjects - kindness, inclusion, purpose, making impact, being in the right place at the right time, influence, idea darwinism, hacking for productivity. It was a great thought provoking conversation. I hope you love it.
