"Be able to say no!" said Jarrod Hennis from Rockford Art Deli. "It's ok to be learning all of the time. You're not rushing toward some end goal or trophy. It's a process and we're all learning and growing," Erin Moore from Barrel Maker told us. "Know deeply that the process is really what it's all about."
