Josh Spence is a former professional baseball pitcher.
He pitched in Major League Baseball (MLB) for the San Diego Padres.
And he's one of our own, from Geelong!
Josh is the son of Tony and Debbie Spence (Prestige Jayco) and has had a great baseball career both here and in the states where he's spent the last 13 years in Arizona.

His little brother Liam is currently playing baseball for the University of Tennessee.
His other brother Nic also played with the University of Cincinnati.
Baseball is in the blood!
Josh came home last year after taking up the role of pitching coach with Adelaide Giants in the ABL. He's back in Geelong doing some coaching locally before the summer season kicks off again.
He's a super nice guy from a great local family and the Departure Lounge got a few minutes to chat about his incredible career.
