Ep 165: The World Run 2020 for James' Place
Jul 20, 2020, 05:00 AM
Henry Holme joins Mick Coyle for this week's edition of Mental Health Monday.
Mick is away this week, but wanted to give you chance to catch up on a story from a week or so ago.
Four lads set off from James' Place in Liverpool in early July with the intention of running 240 miles over 8 days, all to raise money for the men's suicide prevention centre and their new project in London.
Lead runner Henry lost his dad to suicide in 2012, and shares his story on this week's programme.
Henry, Andrew, Conor and Chris (we're pleased to say) completed the run a few days after Mick had this chat)
Details for the fundraising can be found here: https://uk.virginmoneygiving.com/fundraiser-display/showROFundraiserPage?userUrl=theworldrun&pageUrl=3
