Ep 179: Back into Lockdown
Nov 09, 2020, 06:00 AM
This week's #MentalHealthMonday goes out as England returns to lockdown, so we have an hour long special with two guests joining Mick.
The first is Dr Usman Sajjad, a GP from the Wirral. He discusses what life has been like for doctors through the pandemic, and how he'll respond if someone raises a mental health issue with him.
His Dr Uz Podcast is available here.
In part two, Mick is joined by Margaret Hanson from Liverpool based charity Imagine Independence.
Margaret is hoping her Building Up Stronger pilot scheme can be rolled out nationwide, and she also discusses the issue of digital exclusion, and its impact on service users during the lockdown.
