As we settle into England's second coronavirus lockdown, a Kent volunteer group is urging people with mental health issues to reach out for help. For the next four weeks, we'll all have to stay at home as much as possible - and it's feared the colder weather will make it harder for people who are isolated. Reshmi Kalam helps run Covid-19 Mutual Aid Maidstone - a Facebook page set up at the start of the pandemic to support people who were struggling.
