Alana talks about turning towards stress and confronting it rather than trying to avoid it so that we don’t develop unhealthy coping habits like alcohol or eating bad food. Alan talks about how a lot of successful entrepreneurs don’t have good health and are not in good shape because they worked themselves too hard. Alan asks Alana to advise him as if he was one of her clients. Alana makes him point out healthy things that brings him joy in his life and how he can focus on them instead of eating bad.
