He spoke bravely about his own battles with mental health and why telling his story and sharing his experiences can help make a difference to people in a similar position.
Ronan O’Gara was revealed as one of the lippiest players to ever grace a rugby pitch, but made amends with a touch of class when writing a note for Nigel’s Dad.
