Rodney McLeod is the Eagles nominee for the Walter Payton Man of the Year Award for the work he's doing to combat social inequality. Steelers WR JuJu Smith-Schuster finds his way back into our Spotlight for the kindness he showed to a 7-year-old fan by surprising him with a birthday video and autographed jersey. We also look back to the local prom he attended at the invite of a fan who was forced to go alone after his date broke up with him.
