Dr. Mark Morgan, Associate Professor at the School of Natural Resources at the University of Missouri discusses the possibilities of utilizing the vast numbers of Asian carp in the United States to 1. Reduce the population of Asian carp and the competition they represent with other native species, and 2. Utilize Asian carp as a valuable food source for the hungry populations of the world.
