Plant Health Care is a leading provider of novel patent-protected biological products to global agricultural markets with an existing commercial business with its Harpin ab product and next generation PREtec products. The Directors believe that agriculture is changing and there is a move to increased sustainability with global demand for biological solutions growing at 16 per cent. p.a.. The Fundraising is expected to accelerate the development and launch of the Company's existing product pipeline and to reinforce the team to accelerate revenue growth and new market entry.
