PRIDE Industries, based in Roseville, CA, is a social enterprise founded in 1966 with the mission to create employment for people with disabilities. Through its innovative and entrepreneurial approach, PRIDE has grown into a world class organization that provides facilities operations and maintenance services, custodial services, contract manufacturing, supply chain management, packaging and fulfillment services, and staffing and recruitment services to private and public organizations nationwide. Today, PRIDE employs 5500 people in 15 states with 60% of their workforce being individuals with significant disabilities. Many would say, mission accomplished! But PRIDE is not stopping here...
