Milk on tap for cafes and coffee shops to eliminate plastic milk bottles

A Tasmanian-designed milk delivery system, which provides milk on tap, looks likely to eliminate the use of up to 10,000 plastic bottles per year for cafes or coffee shops.
The Udder Way system has been developed by Ed Crick, in conjunction with Ashgrove Cheese and Dairy.
