Em of The Lipstick Fever | How she looks after her Mindset after making The Big Move across the Pond

Em is known for her brand The Lipstick Fever, blogging and creating the most chic content on instagram, as well as being the host of The Big Move Podcast. I had the pleasure of meeting Em around two years ago and I find her story so fascinating.

She was feeling totally in control of her life in New York, living with her husband working in adtech. He was offered a. job in London and having never visited she made the Big Move and is here to tell her story.

What I love the most is how she created her podcast asa resource for women looking to do the same as it wasn't there when she needed it. We get into how therapy changed her life, her mindset blocks and brilliant hacks.
