Dominic McGregor: Young, Successful, 5 Years Sober

In this episode we chat to the incredibly inspiring Dominic McGregor, a 28 year old businessman who's approaching 5 years sober.
We're Sharon, Freddie and Ben, three normal people who decided to give up alcohol to see how our lives would change. We're not medical experts but we are expert ex-drinkers, and our podcast brings people together who are on their own alcohol-free journeys by celebrating just how wonderful life without booze can be!
Dominic shot to fame as his company, Social Chain, became one of the biggest names in the marketing world when Dom was in his early 20s and in this conversation, Dom talks to us about how the success of his business and alcohol abuse were interlinked (or at least, how the lifestyle his business gave him contributed to his unhealthy relationship with alcohol).
As all of our guests are, he is hugely honest about how bad things got for him... And how at one point he had to decide between giving up alcohol and losing everything. The scary thing is how much he considered carrying on drinking... We all know how persuasive alcohol can be.
Dom exited the business last year and is now a man on a mission... He wants to share his story with as many people as possible, and in particular, young men who might be struggling.
