My guest today is Pascale Lutz. Pascale is a beauty therapist, jeweller, medium and author and her second book Trust Me. Follow Me. Sincerely, Your Intuition came out earlier this year. 

In our conversation we talk about being your authentic self and following your intuition, and Pascale explains how her first book led to another … and could lead to three more! 

Pascale Lutz was born in Paris, France but has lived in Ireland since 1985. She adores animals, reading, playing the bass, riding her motorbike, going to pottery classes, cycling, cooking and baking for her friends. She’s also a keen photographer. 

Pascale is a medium, an angel card reader, a jeweller, a fully qualified beauty therapist, an EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) and Matrix Re-imprinting practitioner, and an IET Master Instructor (Integrated Energy Therapy).

She is also an author. She published her first book, Always There For You, in May 2012 and her second book, Trust Me. Follow Me. Sincerely, Your Intuition came out in June 2021. She has created Happiness Cards for adults and children, an annual Happiness Diary and My Green Journal with Benjy, an interactive journal/diary for children.
