It's Series 8 Episode 1. Here we are, to what have we come? On today's show, we talk about relationships, the good ones, the bad ones, and the worst ones! In the turbulence of life, we began to realize that we need to set standards or boundaries! Sometimes, the things we go through forces us to recognize that we are worth more, therefore causing us to no longer accept a certain caliber of people in our lives. This is where our standards come in. Having high standards speak to the character of a person, most times. Goals and aspirations seek to uncover our true desires in life. But, there are times when we skew the lines of high and unrealistic. Join us as we discuss. PBid shares a valuable gem today, "You should not have to GIVE someone the drive to fix something THEY broke." In understanding that statement, one should realize that there is nothing wrong with HELPING someone WILLING to correct their mistakes. The issue is YOU being the one to MAKE them WANT to fix it. That is not your responsibility. If your actions inspire them to make the change, that is different, but I don't think that being the initiator of fixing their issues is beneficial for either party.
