Sep 20, 2021, 05:00 AM
Film-maker and Writer Cat White is our guest on #MentalHealthMonday.
Cat's latest short film "Fifty-Four Days" explores her lead character's journey after losing her father to suicide.
Cat has twice experienced losing loved ones in the same circumstances, and turned to wild swimming to find a way of dealing with her grief.
The film explores how people navigate grief, and looks at how non-traditional coping strategies can offer a new outlook during difficult times.
The film is its final stages of editing, and you can see more updates, and support the project on the official website and Instagram
