Archie is your typical young dog, energetic although very well behaved, full of fun and always looking for people to hang with or adventures to have.

At 19 months old this special boy is looking for a new crew and just like Archie in the famous comic books he enjoys surrounding himself with those of a similar nature.

Being a muscular but lanky Arab breed Archie is looking for his Jughead in the form of another well behaved and socialised dog to mess around with and maybe catch the eye of the girls as they set out on adventures. Previously living in a family situation with both children and a variety of other different animals, Archie seems to have a wide and very accepting social circle.

Archie is very calm natured and well-mannered but could use some further obedience training, great to walk on a lead with no pulling and very accepting of treats Archie is a pleasure to be around. Looking for a new home to allow him both inside and outdoor access Archie does need some help with his confidence as he can occasionally turn a bit Scooby Doo and get jumpy at his own shadow.

Just like Archie from the comic books, this dog is a wonderful individual who is only at BARC due to an unfortunate change in his previous owners circumstances. BARC would love to see him find a new forever home who has secure fencing, preferably another dog and with people who are fit and active and can keep him both physically and mentally enriched.
