Ep 221: Brighter Journeys - World Mental Health Day preview
Oct 04, 2021, 11:40 AM
Network Rail are installing "Brighter Journey" stands into major stations ahead of this year's World Mental Health Day.
They're designed to help people think about their mental health, and provide signposting to services across the country using www.hubofhope.co.uk
Stations from London to Glasgow are taking part.
On the show this week, Mick is joined by Poet James McInerney, whose words surround the exhibits.
And we'll hear from Network Rail's Suicide Prevention Lead Sue McNally, and friend of the show Jake Mills from Chasing the Stigma.
Full list of signposting services at the end of the episode.
