Santa Shortages and do you leave the door open when peeing?

There was a big discussion on the show this morning after our news reporter James has been caught multiple time peeing with the door open wheather it's an acceptable practice. Also there seems to be a few openings for the role of the person in the big red suit after it was announced we are experiencing a Santa shortage.
