We have a new member of the Baseball America team. On today's podcast we welcome Geoff Pontes to the Baseball America staff. After a quick welcome, Geoff rolls his sleeves up and dives in to help prepare everyone for Nov. 19th's 40-man roster protection deadline. Geoff and JJ Cooper discuss what goes into the decisions on who to protect and who to leave off the 40-man. We also look at the quandary facing Cleveland and Tampa Bay right now, as well as opportunities for some other teams.
