Be it mindfulness, breathwork, Buddhist, transcendental etc. often men end up frustrated than despite their diligent meditation practice, their women can hack their presence in seconds with their spontaneously irrational shit storms. 

This can result in these well-meaning men deducing that it is not them at fault, after all they are diligent meditation practitioners, it must be their woman who is simply intolerable for them. “Maybe, we just aren’t meant for each other?” can sneak into the background of the mind.
