Ep 246: Stephen's story - keeping on top of your wellbeing with "It's Mental"
Apr 10, 2022, 05:00 AM
Stephen Robinson is this week's guest on Mental Health Monday.
Stephen founded "It's Mental" after losing two close family relations to suicide in a short space of time, as well as suffering from his own personal breakdown.
He is now a passionate advocate of keeping on top of your mental health and wellbeing on a regular basis, and created the "It's Mental" platform to provide resources for people to do the same.
Stephen says "I'd like to thank Joanna Robinson, Steve Clarke, Fran Eccles Bech, Sean Boyle, Mark Openshaw Blower, Natasha Schofield, Steve Bradley and Debbie Smith. AllĀ the Panel Experts and Associate Coaches that have contributed to our mission. Thankyou for making this journey a success."
