EP 78: Mark Rowland

This week, we welcomed Mark Rowland to the podcast. Mark took bronze in the Steeplechase at the 1988 Olympic Games in a British record of 8:07 and he now coaches at Nike's Oregon Track Club in the USA. Mark's record still stands today and we spoke to him about his own career as an athlete, his transition into coaching, and much more. Enjoy!
