After a 41 day hiatus, Norwich City were back in action on Friday evening as they beat Dereham Town 4-0 in their opening pre-season friendly ahead of the 2022/23 season.

Host Connor Southwell is joined by Canaries correspondents Paddy Davitt and Sam Seaman to discuss the lay of light for Todd Cantwell at the club as well as a detailed chat about City's transfer dealing - or lack of.
