The prestigious London Magic Circle awarded John - Associate Member of the Inner Magic Circle (AIMC) with silver star - the highest level possible to achieve when joining the club though magical examination. He has also won the title of “Close-Up Magician Of The Year” in 2021 at the Medway Magic Society's annual competition and is a past winner of both "The Best Entertainment in Lincolnshire" and "The Best Entertainment in Yorkshire" awards at the Wedding Industry Awards which is voted by the public.
