TSOT039: British Arrests Due to Anonymous People Feeling Anxiety Over Social Re-Posts
Aug 04, 2022, 03:39 AM
Do the most "offended" of us get to bully us out of our freedom to discuss politics in this, the most political time in the history of the planet?
An incident in the United Kingdom.
00:41: The general template of the problem.
1:07: The irony - the problem to be solved is instead increased.
1:38: A British Veteran Arrested at Home under British Censorship Laws after Re-posting . . . meme that caused anxiety.
A symbol that clearly has political implications... so clearly a political opinion.
3:08 Delving into the details of the article.
4:25 A most important idea, constantly neglected.
5:32: Audio from incident.
"It didn't have to come to this". A laughable non-point.
6:19 back to article.
7:14 First option - no "arrest" if you pay up and get re-educated.
9:56 The alleged law that validated the police visit (but did it though)
11:32 At least Crime Commissioner stood up for common sense.
11:59 You need "greater clarification" on the law? No. No you don't - it didn't apply. Here's why...
- KNOWINGLY for the PURPOSE to cause... anxiety? No.
Ummm... everything is politics... if you pay attention, and don't get "anxious" then you're lying.
- Not "false" - editorials can't be false. There are no basic facts here.. only the editorial.
18:37 Not a case of something bad being imminent. And not bullying.
20:01 What if a particular party in the 1930s and 1940s could use the excuse that your criticism caused them "anxiety" to quell your opinions?
21:00 What if the American Regime could hide behind the idea of ethnicity to shut down criticism?
22:54 But what if regimes, inherently imperfect and capable and guilty of bad things CAN claim the idea of "Anti[ethnic group]ism".
24:35 For an analogy, let's say the same treatment could be applied to other situations... someone has "anxiety" over me calling them and/or their acts out?

Political opinion is a "hate crime"
