Group Therapy: Daphne's Distant Ex

Daphne is wondering if she should try to reconnect with a guy she dated when she was younger, but distance broke them up. They still occasionally text each other...but both can be agonizingly shy. We say GO FOR IT, but how does she approach it? #GroupTherapy
