Daily movements for your spine to keep it healthy and subtle

I used a lot of the movements for the recovery of my spine injuries. NOTE: If you have pain or injuries, seek advice from a medical practitioner.

Example for a Self care routine:
4.30 Wake up morning meditation (check out @drjoedispenza pineal gland meditation on YouTube)
5.15 Yoga (seven movements of the spine to open fascia)
5.45 Walk the dog for some cuteness 🥰times
6.30 CrossFit to break the sweat and work your cardio. To deal with muscle pain eat apple, kiwi or pineapple after workout to avoid accumulation of lactic acid in your muscles. Recommend to use #deepbluedoterra rub for muscles after hot shower. Drink lots of water and eat proteins.
9.00 Start work to stay focused, aware and energized throughout the rest of the day.
