Steven Tankersley, Founder of Tankersley Construction, talks with Mark about how he left his job as an Estimator and Project Engineer who managed multi-million-dollar projects to launch his own business alongside his wife, Heather who was also working in the construction industry.  Now, as a successful and thriving local company, they focus on bringing their decades of experience in large-scale commercial project management to help owners of small- and mid-sized properties with complex and high-quality development and renovation projects.
