Electoral Commission Voting Guidance

There's a chance to have your say on the way that blind and partially sighted people vote. New guidance has been released by the Electoral Comission, but does it go far enough? Hywel Davies has been speaking to RNIB Policy Officer Amy Craddock to find out more.
