Episode 20, Feb 04, 2023, 05:00 PM
When the prosecutor, Creighton Waters, questioned Palmetto State Bank CEO Jan Malinowski about the bank's "generous overdraft policy" in regard to Alex Murduaugh's overdrawn account, the audience in the courtroom laughed out loud. After the tragic events of June 7, 2021, when the disgraced lawyer's wife and kid were murdered, Malinowski testified that the lawyer's account balance had dropped to a negative amount of $347,000. During this portion of the testimony, the jury was not present.
