Episode 20, May 28, 2023, 05:00 AM
How did this podcast get to 20 episodes? It is nothing to do with me. Great guests and listeners is the answer. Thanks to all of you.
As I often say, if someone wants to take over presenting this podcast let me know and I will be glad to go back behind the scenes.
This episode is a compilation. It isn’t a ‘best of’ as that is individual choice, it is more of a taster for people new to the podcast. Here is a list of the episodes with their time points:
Episode 11 (00m 29s): Jodee Gibson MA PCC (@jodeegibson1111) discussed trauma and coping.
Episode 12 (11m 18s): Orsi discussed using meditation And yoga to help us cope.

Episode 13 (24m 25s): sadly Burt Bacharach died. RIP. I spoke about him and his daughter. While recording I also remembered a story about Joni Mitchell and her daughter so I spoke about that too. Burt and Joni are two of my favourite songwriters.
Episode 14 (28m 14s): was an open offer to tell your story on the podcast. I also mentioned that, if you don't want to come on this podcast it is still worth considering telling your story elsewhere to raise awareness of what we are going through to help bring change.
Episode 15 (31m 14s): Lawrence Sprung discussed suicide prevention and his work with The American Foundation for Suicide Prevention and the Keith Milano Memorial Fund.
Episode 16 (41m 56s): Dr. Larry Waldman Ph.D. ABPP discussed psychology, his books and his 20+ year career working with the #FamilyCourt.
Episode 17 (54m 42s): Justin Breen (@BrEpicBreen) talked about parenting, moonshots and his book 'Epic Life'.
Episode 18 (1h 04m 32s): Part 1 of our discussion with Positive Conclusions (@Positiveconclu)
Episode 19 (1h 13m 53s): Part 2 of our discussion with Positive Conclusions (@Positiveconclu)
