It's been a busy few days for Norwich City as they continued their pre-season schedule with a 1-1 draw against AZ Alkmaar before heading to Austria.

The Pink Un team had a nightmare journey home from Amsterdam but made it back for the official opening of the Lion & Castle bar at Carrow Road.

Host Connor Southwell is joined by fellow Canary correspondent Adam Harvey and City legend Darren Eadie for the first half of the podcast. The Along Come Norwich lads take centre stage in the second half of the podcast, as they share their thoughts on matters from Bali Mumba to the upcoming season ahead.
