For years one man terrorized Sydney as he carried out multiple bombings and shootings on the judges of the Family Court of Australia, their families, a church, and innocent members of the public. Throughout this reign of terror the police only ever had one suspect that could be linked to all of the crime scenes; but despite years of surveillance and investigation, they were never able to make an arrest.
