Brentford’s manager Thomas Frank has described Spurs as “one of the biggest clubs in the world” ahead of their opening fixture today.

The Bees host Tottenham this afternoon, and Frank is optimistic.

Brentford are without their main striker Ivan Toney following his ban until the new year.

But Spurs lost Harry Kane only yesterday, in what will be their first season without the England captain for 10 years.
