Ben Knapper was confirmed as the man who will replace Stuart Webber as Norwich City's new sporting director.

The former Arsenal loan manager will start his role at Carrow Road on November 27. Initially, he will work through a handover period with Stuart Webber, who will then depart the business.

Connor Southwell and Paddy Davitt convene to share their thoughts and feelings about his arrival, the main priorities in the short, mid and long term, and the future direction of the club.
