Phil Carroll and Kevin Hornsby talk to Alex and Robin after the company secured a £5 million convertible bond facility with CLG Capital . The facility consists of Floating Rate 24-month Convertible Bonds, subject to a 40-day lock-up period, with conversion into Ordinary Shares at a price of 95% of the average of the VWAP of the Shares on selected trading days. The Facility is initially for general working capital, supporting the ramp-up of Recyclus' Li-ion battery recycling plant in Wolverhampton, where Technology Minerals owns 48.35% of Recyclus. CLG will also receive warrants based on the notional value of each tranche, specializing in structured transactions to high-growth companies.
