City and Real take first leg control

The Round of 16 got underway in style with impressive first leg away victories for the competition’s last two winners, Manchester City and Real Madrid. City overcame a determined Copenhagen side 3-1 in Denmark thanks to goals from Kevin De Bruyne, Bernardo Silva and Phil Foden. While in Germany, a second half Brahim Diaz strike put Real in control of their tie against RB Leipzig. We hear from City manager Pep Guardiola, Copenhagen’s goalscorer Magnus Mattsson and Real Madrid’s French midfielder Aurelien Tchouameni.
