I used to be a people pleaser and a pushover. I had no confidence. I would never say what I think. I lived behind a mask. I had social anxiety & would even get embarrassed looking at myself in the mirror. I thought that’s just the way I was. But through my own self-development journey over the last 8 years, I saw the truth that I never knew before: I didn’t respect myself. But I am not the exception here, a lot of people are the same.
