In 1904, he was a gift to Robert Eugene Otto. They developed a strong and strange bond, and before long, unexplained things started happening in their house. Legend has it that a malevolent spirit haunts this 118-year-old straw doll to this day. Robert the Doll now resides in the Fort East Martello Museum in Key West. And the strange occurrences continue to happen.
