MARKET MANIA Radio St. Pete INSIDER correspondent Jordan Kalajian takes us on a tour of downtown St. Pete’s eclectic outdoor markets. In addition to these, there is the New Moon Market and Imagine Museum’s Friday sundown market. For location and hours, visit the website and like them on FB.
Mezzo Market- Intermezzo Coffee & Cocktails owner Jarrett Sabatini tells RSP about Mezzo Market, a monthly outdoor street market on Baum Avenue between Intermezzo Coffee and Green Bench Brewing in Downtown St Pete. They host 100+ small business vendors selling vintage goods, handmade wares, clothing, art, plants, jewelry, food, drinks, and live DJ.
Indie Flea is a community event held in various cities that showcases the best of all things 'Indie' in business and design. At the flea you will find artisanal and handmade goods, plants, vintage collectors, jewelry and hand crafts, gifts, art and more. Beyond vendors, you will find local food and drink, music and good vibes, plus it's family/pet friendly and an eco-conscious event!
The Saturday Morning Market is the ‘heart’ of St. Petersburg — the place where people feel a strong sense of joyful connectedness and creative community. While farmers, great food, interesting crafts, and lively music are all wonderful elements of the market, this spirit of community is what really defines the Saturday Morning Market experience. Established in November 2002 by our passionate founders – Judy Staunko, Theresa Ellis, Celeste Simon, Heidi Lovett, Rand, Dennis D’Ettore, and Gail Eggeman, the market has been running every Saturday from October to May, 9 am to 2 pm. The venue of activity is nestled in the vibrant core of downtown St. Petersburg, in the Al Lang Stadium parking lot on the corner of 1st Street and 1st Avenue S (except during Grand Prix weekend). From June to August, they shift a smaller Summer Market to the shaded Williams Park and operate between 9 am and 1 pm.
Sunday Market St. Pete - Tampa Bay Markets added St. Pete High School on Sunday to their popular markets in 2024 from 10 am-2pm. With 75+ vendors, you can find farm-fresh produce, multi-cultural foods, innovative arts, hand-made crafts, sustainable, eco-friendly products, and wellness services as well as live music. On occasion, RadioStPete.com streams live from the market. The market takes place on the west end of campus grounds, just off 5th Avenue North and 27th Street. #stpete #stpetefl #tampabay #radio #radiostpete
