"A Tree Planted by the Streams” by Greg Chandler

Joyce Kilmer’s classic poem, Trees, ends with the statement: “Only God can make a tree.” This is true not only in the world of nature but also in that of the spiritual. In Psalm 1, the writer describes the blessed one as “a tree planted by streams of water.” How do we come to know the blessings that will make us like this blessed one? This sermon will explore this question. This study will demonstrate what God has done as well as the expectations that He has for a healthy tree.
