Latorra is the Executive Director for Deuces Live St. Pete which is a non-profit historic 22nd Street south district that was the former hub of black businesses, homes, and entertainment during the time of segregation. Deuces Live Main Street, Inc. was formed to organize and assist in the revitalization of the historic 22nd Street corridor in St. Petersburg, Florida while preserving its Heritage.
Previously she worked as the Project Manager/Research Assistant for Urban Market Analytics & Power Broker Media Group, a Florida-based firm that specializes in designing, funding, and evaluating place-based initiatives for economic equity.
She has been driving organizations forward with 18+ years of experience in Human Resources Management, Operations Management, Director of Recruiting, Director of Community Relations, and Project Management.
