Host Link Flores would like to apologise to everyone that's been waiting patiently for the next episode of the podcast, but there's a VERY GOOD REASON for the delay. Thanks to everyone for your words of encouragement, well-wishes, support, and PATIENCE during this weird start to the month of May! (Oh, and he also rambles on about bad customer support, leading with empathy (or at least making an attempt), and trying not to laugh at the misfortunes of others - even if you feel they actually deserve it. ;) Thanks again, enjoy the episode, and let's pray that we're back on track for next Wednesday!
