Pamela Greacen is founder and president of SMHG, a boutique advisory and asset management firm. As a seasoned professional in commercial real estate and finance, she is recognized as an expert in her field with three decades of expertise specializing in luxury hotels, resorts, and mixed-use hospitality real estate worldwide. Her passion for the industry includes support for industry causes and professional organizations. She is a past president of Hospitality Asset Managers Association and a contributor to their textbook, Hotel Asset Management: Principles and Practices. Outside of her professional pursuits, Pam is deeply committed to giving back to the community and through her philanthropic efforts, she seeks to empower parents and children to have strong futures through educational opportunities. She has been actively involved in supporting non-profit organizations in the US and Southeast Asia; including funding the publication of a local language children’s book and construction of a classroom and library in rural Sri Lanka. She is proud to serve on the boards of Academy Prep St. Petersburg and Shorecrest Preparatory School.
