"Rising Stars in the Sunshine City" w/ Karen Carmichael: Andres Cintron

Andrés Cintrón is the current President of the 13th Street Heights Neighborhood Association, the new Council of Neighborhood Associations (CONA) Public Safety Chair, and a recent graduate of the CONA Leadership Program. Andrés has been a resident of St. Pete since Aug 2023. In the last nine months, Andrés has been instrumental in re-establishing the 13th Street Heights NA. Through his leadership, Andrés has been able to establish a community following, has created community events such as a Neighborhood Clean-Up Event, and has created partnerships with Keep Pinellas Beautiful and other Neighborhood Associations such as Campbell Park.
